Circuit 1: 2 times through
*** Each round should take approx 10 minutes
Run 1/2 mile
20 jumping lunges
20 burpees with a push-up
20 bicycles

Circuit 2: 2 times through
*** Each round should take approx 10 minutes
Run 1/2 mile
20 plank mountain climbers
20 squat jumps
20 v ups

Circuit 3:
*** Should take 5 minutes
60-second forearm plank
20 bicycles
45-second forearm plank
20 bicycles
30-second forearm plank
20 bicycles
15-second forearm plank
