2 tablespoons crushed fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup of herbal passion tea
1 cup stevia
2 quarts cold water
1.5 cups of freshly squeezed organic lemons
Add 1/2 cup of boiled water to herbal passion tea bag and let it simmer for 10 min.
In a 1 gallon pitcher, add the passion tea, crushed mint leaves and stevia.
Stir to dissolve stevia. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Stir in the cold water and lemon juice. Serve in tall glasses over ice. So refreshing!
Morning energy booster
Blend the carrots and apples for 30 seconds. They should have a smooth consistency. Otherwise, you can blend them for another 10 seconds.
Add lemon juice to the mix and serve in a pitcher. You’ll love this tangy boost of flavor in the mornings.
1/2 large banana, cut into pieces and frozen
2 large fresh strawberries, rinsed and sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
Place the banana pieces, strawberries, blueberries, milk, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. It’s vitamin heaven!
